Bunge is looking for applicants for a Facility Operations Manager Trainee opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for learning the efficient and profitable management of a concrete grain handling facility. This trainee program includes direct work experience, classroom and on-line training, as well as a variety of hands-on experiential opportunities in the areas of grain merchandising, logistics, human resources, sales and marketing.

The Facility Operations Manager

Trainee role is a temporary training chance intended to prepare the successful candidate for a future Facility Operations Manager role with Bunge. The length of the training program will vary based upon individual; Once the Facility Operations Manager Trainee has successfully completed the training program, the Trainee will be required to apply for Facility Operations Manager vacancies throughout Bunge’s Country Operations group. More information in regards to the Facility Operations Manager Trainee role and the requirement to relocate will be available at time of interview.

Assist the Facility Operations Manager in receiving, grading, cleaning, drying, blending, storing and shipping of products. Works closely with Facility Operations Manager and Manager Grain Operations to develop a throughout understanding of end user requirements. Assist the Facility Operations Manager with the effective planning and execution of all facility maintenance activities.





Monitor profit and loss figures relating to facility operations and recommend corrective action as required. Must have basic computer competence.

Minimum
