In your role as Team Lead, you will assist in the implementation and evaluation of the Family Intervention Program while supervising a frontline team.

Your responsibilities include navigating client-directed care plans, celebrating participant progress, and addressing challenges to enhance wellbeing. This role demands effective leadership and a genuine commitment to community service. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct supervision to family program staff
- Ensure adherence to service standards and timelines
- Balance team capacity with participant service needs
- Enhance participants’ readiness for positive advancements
- Coordinate with Clinical Social Workers and support staff

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in social work or related field
- Registered with Alberta College of Social Workers
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant fields
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
