American Iron & Metal (AIM) is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to provide hands-on IT support and ensure the reliability of IT systems and networks across AIM sites in Quebec. This role requires frequent travel between facilities and comfort working in industrial environments.
You will diagnose and resolve in office issues, deploy and maintain IT equipment, configure network devices, document incidents in the ticketing system, and collaborate with L1–L3 teams in a bilingual French/English
