Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently execute and prioritize deficiency, warranty, and service tasks in coordination with the project coordinator.
- Follow established processes to order all necessary materials required to complete deficiency, warranty, and service tasks.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges, meticulously documenting and reporting solutions.
- Maintain accurate and efficient time tracking for reporting purposes.
- Adhere to safety regulations and actively support resource coordination efforts.
- Cultivate and nurture positive client relationships, promptly addressing inquiries and providing updates as needed.
- Evaluate and improve construction processes while sharing best practices during site inspections.
- Monitor and report any non-conformance issues, upholding Remuda's high building construction standards.
- Provide assistance to construction crews, offering guidance and fostering a collaborative working environment. This may involve stepping in on-site when additional manpower or specific skill sets are required, as well as managing gutter trailer trips and material deliveries.
- Coordinate the return of surplus materials from the building crews once the project has been completed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, building, maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of post frame construction practices, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and develop practical, effective solutions in the field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple service and deficiency tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, project coordinators, construction crews, and internal teams.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills, including accurate time tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability and willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
- Ability to work safely and follow all company and site-specific safety requirements.
- Physically capable of performing hands-on construction and service work, including lifting, climbing, and working in various job-site conditions.
