Deliver exceptional service through precise installations and direct customer engagement. In this hands-on position, your main duties will include addressing service requests, performing re-measures, and troubleshooting product issues for residential customers.

You will work closely with other teams to ensure efficient completion of projects while maintaining high safety standards. Robust customer service skills and technical know-how are essential. Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to and diagnose service requests on-site
- Maintain clear documentation of services performed
- Build strong client relationships through respectful communication




- Conduct installations according to quality and safety protocols
- Prepare service reports in collaboration with the Order Desk

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in window and door installation
- Proven customer service and problem-solving competence
- Clean and valid Ontario G Class Driver's Licence
- Ability to adhere to safety regulations and building codes
- Comfortable with physical tasks, lifting, and travel
