In this dynamic position, you will have full-cycle recruiting responsibility, partnering with leadership to identify staffing needs.

- Collaborate with leadership on staffing needs
- Conduct resume screenings and phone interviews
- Develop candidate sourcing strategies across various channels
- Deliver compensation and benefits information in offer letters
- Keep candidate records updated in our tracking system

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably operational
- Preferred 4-year College Degree (B.A.)
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Valid Driver’s License; able to travel
- Ability to handle competing priorities and deadlines
