Planning, Forecasting & Reporting Lead the development of monthly forecasts and annual budgets, helping leaders effectively plan and manage resources. Prepare and present regular financial reports that support business and operational decision-making. Accounting & Month-End Close Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with accounting standards. Apply proper treatment and understanding of deferred revenue and other complex accounting areas.

• Financial Analysis Partner closely with program and functional leaders to understand business needs, assess financial impacts, and support strategic initiatives. Provide thoughtful analysis of program performance, identifying opportunities, risks, and efficiencies. Develop ad hoc financial models, reports, and analyses to support organizational priorities and emerging business needs. Contract &

• Funding Oversight Review contracts and amendments to ensure financial commitments, payment terms, and delegated signing authorities are accurately reflected and compliant with organizational policies. Support year-end reporting and audit activities by compiling and validating contractual rights and obligations. Serve as a valued business partner, providing proactive financial guidance and support to leaders across the organization. Build solid relationships with stakeholders and act as a key link between Finance and operational teams.

• Technical ~ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ~ 3 years of accounting experience ~ Sound knowledge of accounting standards and their application ~ Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Communication &
