Ardene Headquarters is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to elevate store performance by blending operational precision with people development. You will lead initiatives to ensure consistency, efficiency and execution across all stores while nurturing a culture of continuous learning.

Reporting to the Head of Stores, you will manage a small OPS team and drive training, development, and strategic alignment with HR, Marketing, Visual, and Brand teams.
