Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Policy & Planning, you will lead Division-wide projects to enhance operational success. Your responsibilities will include managing business processes, developing performance measurement programs, and advising senior management on complex issues impacting the division.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead initiatives for organizational effectiveness and employee development
• Provide strategic advice to senior management teams
• Oversee business process re-engineering projects




• Manage performance measurement frameworks across the division
• Represent division in cross-departmental committees and initiatives

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Extensive experience in program leadership and project management
• Robust skills in stakeholder management and relationship building
• Proven ability in communication and report preparation
• Advanced leadership and supervisory capabilities
