In this role, reporting to the Environmental Services Manager, your main focus will be maintaining sanitation and cleanliness across the facility. You will engage with residents, fostering a homely atmosphere while managing various housekeeping duties, including surface cleaning and waste management. Your efforts directly enhance the quality of life for those in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Surface clean and disinfect rooms following procedures
• Handle garbage and recycling management




• Maintain effective communication with residents and staff
• Complete mandatory training and adhere to safety practices
• Address any risks or safety concerns proactively
Requirements:
• Previous experience in housekeeping preferred
• Empathetic understanding of elder needs
• CPR & First Aid Certificate is an asset
• Ability to provide positive social interactions
• Required clear vulnerable sector screening
