Director of Sales - SaaS, POS, Payments, Retail
Full time/permanent position
This is a Director of Sales position with a global organization based out of their Canadian head office in Mississauga, ON (very close to the airport).
This position requires regular travel, 2 -3 times per quarter to client and head office locations in Canada and the United States.
*Candidates must be comfortable with travel.
Desired experience:

Years of progressive B2B sales, strategic account management, or commercial leadership experience, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, POS, payments or retail technology

Proven success developing and strengthening strategic account management programs and processes

Solid commercial acumen across account planning, chance management, negotiation, forecasting, and complex sales cycles.

Exceptional cross-functional influence and collaboration skills, with the ability to align Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and other teams without direct authority.

Base salary in the $165,000 - $175,000 range

+sales incentive plan in addition to the base salary
