Elk Valley Resources (EVR) an integral part of the Glencore Group, seeks a Talent Management co-op in British Columbia. You will support performance, succession and leadership programs, and develop reporting and communications materials for diverse audiences.
You’ll need an undergrad or master’s in HR/OD or commerce with HR focus, plus robust MS Office, SharePoint, and analytical skills. Energy, mining context, and SAP/SuccessFactors familiarity are a plus.
