Collaborate with leadership to optimize operations and lead significant transformation initiatives. We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Consultant to modernize clients' finance systems and processes.

In this onsite role, you'll work with finance leaders on projects that enhance performance and operational efficiency. You'll be central in assessing processes like financial close, budgeting, and management reporting while developing and presenting strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead finance transformation projects across various clients
- Assess and optimize financial processes and operating models




- Facilitate workshops to document and analyze finance processes
- Develop strategic recommendations for operational efficiency
- Support selection and implementation of finance technology solutions

Requirements:

- CPA designation or in progress
- Minimum 5 years in consulting or finance transformation
- Proven experience in finance process improvement
- Solid understanding of IFRS/ASPE and internal controls
- Bilingual in French and English is preferred
