The Financial

Analyst will report to the FP&A; Manager and participate in a collaborative Infrastructure FP&A; team.

Key responsibilities include managing financial models, variance analysis, and providing insights into performance through comprehensive reporting. This position requires a detail-oriented individual skilled in Excel and comfortable with financial modeling. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle compliance and financial reporting for projects
- Develop and maintain financial models for analysis
- Perform analysis of budget variances and market trends
- Enhance financial reporting processes through automation
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from investors

Requirements:

- Completed undergraduate degree in finance or accounting
- Actively pursuing finance/accounting designations
- Solid analytical and Excel skills
- 1+ year experience in finance or FP&A; preferred
- Excellent collaborative and communication skills
