Join Husky Technologies as a Financial Analyst focused on consolidation processes in Bolton, Ontario. This full time role emphasizes regulatory reporting and compliance under US GAAP. Reporting directly to the Director of Technical Accounting, the Experienced Financial Analyst is critical in overseeing timely and accurate external reporting for the company. You will engage with multiple finance teams and gain a wide-ranging perspective across various entities and currencies.
Responsibilities include preparing quarterly filings and providing comprehensive support during audits while following SOX regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Support analysis to explain monthly and quarterly variances
- Analyze transactions and create intercompany elimination entries
- Help prepare SEC filings, including 10Q and 10K
- Participate in audit reviews and year-end procedures
- Conduct technical accounting research and prepare documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- CPA certification or working towards it
- 4-5 years of finance or accounting experience
- Advanced skills in Office applications
- Previous experience with consolidation systems is a plus
