Ready to build your career? We want to hear from you. Act as a strategic business partner to the Procurement and Logistics leadership team by transforming financial and operational data into meaningful insights, actionable recommendations, and informed business decisions.

The incumbent plays a key role in fostering a performance-driven culture by providing clear visibility into results, risks, and opportunities, while supporting managers in achieving their financial and operational objectives.

What you will do

- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term financial planning processes.
- Analyze financial and operational performance to identify variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop actionable business recommendations and support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present performance reviews to Directors and Vice Presidents.
- Perform or oversee complex financial analyses, investment scenarios, and profitability assessments.
- Develop and maintain a performance management framework based on relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide functional leadership and guidance to the Finance Centre of Excellence team.

This role could be for you if you have




- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- CPA designation, considered a strong asset.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in management control, corporate finance, financial planning, or management accounting.
- Proven experience partnering with business leaders and presenting to senior management.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, CAPEX investments, and performance measurement.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
- Robust business acumen and results-oriented mindset.
