As Financial Services Manager, you will work closely with our sales and management teams to provide customers with financing solutions and protection products that complement their vehicle purchase.

You will be responsible for managing the F&I; process from turnover through funding while delivering a professional, transparent, and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet with customers following their vehicle purchase to understand their financing and ownership needs
- Arrange financing and leasing through our network of financial institutions
- Present financing options and available protection products using a professional menu-based sales process




- Ensure every customer is provided with a consistent and transparent F&I; experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and business partners
- Prepare and complete all required finance and lease documentation accurately
- Ensure deals are funded quickly and efficiently
- Maintain complete and compliant deal files
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership performance
- Consistently achieve established F&I; performance objectives
- Maintain a strong understanding of lender programs, products, regulations, and industry best practices

What We’re Looking For

- Previous automotive Financial Services Manager/F&I; experience preferred
- Proven ability to achieve strong F&I; results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Customer-focused approach with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- OMVIC certification or ability to obtain certification
