Be a key leader in the Packaging & Finished Goods department, ensuring quality and efficiency in our operations. This role demands a meticulous approach to package handling and team coordination.

We are offering two shifts for this role: the Day Shift from Monday to Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and the Night Shift from 3:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, providing employee training, and coordinating efforts across production to maintain high standards of quality and safety in our manufacturing workplace. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily packaging operations and team workflow
- Maintain packaging standards and procedures
- Train and certify employees on packaging practices
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues
- Promote safety in workplace operations

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of leading staff in manufacturing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Forklift operation experience required
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- High school diploma preferred
