Job Overview

We are seeking an driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Fire Alarm Inspection business. This role will specialize in expanding our customer base of industrial and office tower clients.

You will be the driving force behind expanding our office and industrial client list, introducing our company and services to cold leads, and nurturing them through to a sale. As part of the training and onboarding of this role, you will join our technicians for 2-3 weeks of onsite training to get familiar with the services that you will be selling.

Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach in various markets
- Introduce yourself and our firm to target clients such as property managers and building operators
- Manage existing accounts and grow our referral program
- Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs




- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company goals while meeting customer expectations
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities

Experience

- Proven success in outside sales or B2B sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Solid negotiation skills coupled with business development expertise
- Experience in account management and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and technology sales environments
- Technical sales experience preferred, especially involving complex products or solutions
- Excellent customer service skills

Pay: $55,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
