Join Closing the Gap Healthcare as a Speech Language Pathologist in Central Scarborough, engaging adults in meaningful therapy sessions both in-person and online. Enjoy the autonomy of creating your own schedule. The ideal candidate will assess and treat clients experiencing speech and swallowing difficulties due to conditions like strokes.

As part of our hybrid care model, this role allows for a tailored approach by adapting therapy to meet each individual’s needs. You will also collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care delivery while accessing our continuous support systems. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform assessments based on client presentations
- Design and implement personalized therapy plans
- Offer both face-to-face and virtual therapy options




- Liaise with family members regarding treatment goals
- Track client progress and adjust care plans as necessary

Requirements:

- Graduate degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active registration with the Ontario Speech-Language Pathologists’ College
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and organizational skills required
- Preference for home care experience, but current graduates are welcome
