• Coach and supervise team to uphold company standards • Monitor maintenance operations for compliance • Communicate with operations regarding project status • Participate in creating maintenance procedures for efficiency • Manage backlog and future work requirements
Requirements: • Robust knowledge of building automation and maintenance • Leadership qualities to manage multidisciplinary teams • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Capable of handling emergency situations decisively • Willingness to obtain CPO certification if not certified
