As an NDE Technician Level 2 at BWXT Precision Manufacturing Inc., you’ll play a crucial role in conducting Non-Destructive Examination inspections as part of the Quality Control team. This position requires CGSB Level II certification in both PT and MT, and a minimum of three years of NDE experience. Furthermore, you will lead technical analyses and coordinate inspection tasks to meet contract specifications and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform NDE inspections adhering to quality assurance policies • Lead analysis of NDE technical and quality issues • Prepare NDE documentation for Level III review • Train technicians on procedures and requirements • Review subcontractor NDE activities for compliance
Requirements: • CGSB Level II certification in PT and MT • Minimum 3 years’ NDE experience, last year as certified • Proficiency with measuring tools and interpreting drawings • Knowledge of ASME Code and ISO quality standards • Solid communication and independent work skills
