Key Responsibilities:
• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closes
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and key performance metrics
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management




• Champion automation of accounting processes and ERP optimization
• Oversee project costing and performance monitoring

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with financial reporting and multi-entity accounting
• ERP and technology enthusiasm
• Robust communication skills with senior leadership
