Lead high-impact corporate events as the Manager of Corporate and Employee Events at Definity. This strategic position involves project management and creative event design for engagement and milestones. Definity is seeking a Manager of Corporate and Employee Events to drive the end-to-end execution of flagship initiatives like the Executive Leadership Summit and CEO Awards.

This role requires extensive experience in managing large-scale in-person and hybrid events, with a focus on enhancing employee engagement. You will work closely with leadership to create seamless experiences that reflect company objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Lead design and execution of major annual corporate events
Manage logistics for all-employee virtual town halls




Oversee vendor contracts and negotiate budgets
Collaborate with Corporate Affairs for external event needs
Ensure technical proficiency for virtual/hybrid production Requirements:
7+ years in corporate event management
