NFP is looking for a Manager for its Agriculture & Equine Specialty team, offering a full time, permanent position. This role involves leadership, coaching, and workflow coordination within a client-focused environment. Your strong background in insurance, particularly with agriculture and equine matters, will be critical in supporting team members and enhancing service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



• Support day-to-day team operations and service delivery • Provide team members with process and technical guidance • Coach and mentor for skill and growth opportunities • Organize team meetings and communicate updates • Identify prospects to enhance processes and client experience

Requirements: • Insurance Licensing is mandatory • 5 years in property and casualty insurance • Experience in agriculture or equine insurance is an asset • Leadership or training experience preferred • Excellent communication and organizational skills
