This role involves leadership, coaching, and workflow coordination within a client-focused environment. Your strong background in insurance, particularly with agriculture and equine matters, will be critical in supporting team members and enhancing service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day team operations and service delivery
Provide team members with process and technical guidance




Coach and mentor for skill and growth opportunities
Organize team meetings and communicate updates
Identify opportunities to enhance processes and client experience Requirements:
Insurance Licensing is mandatory
5 years in property and casualty insurance
Experience in agriculture or equine insurance is an asset
Leadership or training experience preferred
