As an Engagement Lead, you will guide the full lifecycle of AI Co-Worker deployment while working closely with our Delivery teams. This role demands a solid background in product management or consulting, with at least 5 years leading through agile methodologies. Your ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align cross-functional teams will be crucial in delivering high-quality projects for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with customers to define AI Co-Worker projects
• Design user experiences collaboratively with Delivery teams
• Serve as primary customer contact during all phases
• Align teams across analytics,



engineering, and QA to ensure success
• Own quality and overall customer satisfaction from start to finish

Requirements:
• 10+ years of skilled experience, 5+ in Product Management
• Proven track record in agile project leadership
• Experience managing senior-level customer relationships
• Ability to create executable plans from ambiguous strategies
• Robust problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities
