In this managerial role, you will report to the Executive Director and oversee all elements of environmental services at Southlake. Your leadership will directly impact our mission to provide residents with a secure and comfortable living workplace. You will be crucial in launching process improvements and maintaining compliance with regulations governing long-term care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry department operations
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Manage contracts and all facility-related services




• Lead staff recruitment, training, and orientation
• Conduct quality control inspections and manage departmental budgets
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred
• Understanding of Building Environmental Systems is advantageous
• Hands-on experience in long-term care settings
• WHIMIS and Health and Safety certified
• Ability to multitask and respond to emergencies adequately
