Duties

- Lead and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, hosts, and food runners, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Oversee food preparation and serving processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
- Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling with accuracy
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring, onboarding, and training recent team members to build a strong, motivated team
- Enforce food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures in compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and resolve any service issues swiftly

Experience





- Proven supervising experience within the food industry or restaurant management roles
- Extensive food service experience including serving, bartending, or barista roles in hospitality settings
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for order entry and cash handling
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Experience in restaurant or hotel environments is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally
