RBC is seeking an Associate Director, Lead Software Developer for in office work in Toronto. You will join a high-caliber engineering team delivering real-time, low-latency systems for Fixed Income trading, covering trade booking, execution, and post-trade workflows.

You will lead design, mentor developers, and collaborate with product owners and traders to translate needs into robust software.

Robust

Java 17+ and Spring expertise, cloud/container experience, and DevOps practices are required.
