Elevate operations as the Process Engineering Lead at Purolator, Canada’s top logistics provider. This role demands expertise in process evaluation, performance excellence, and compliance in a hybrid office and warehouse setting. Reporting to the National Manager of Deployment & Integration, the Process Engineering Lead will drive process improvements in First and Last Mile operations.

Candidates should have a minimum of four years of experience in network logistics and a background in Industrial Engineering or related fields. You will assess current processes, develop best practices, and support operations with training and monitoring. Key Responsibilities:
Lead evaluation of processes and technologies in operations




Develop routines to meet quality and performance standards
Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
Document the voice of the customer for process assessment
Manage data collection and improvement strategies Requirements:
Minimum 4 years in Transportation/Supply Chain industry
Experience in Courier First and Last Mile operations
Solid analytical and leadership skills
Lean/Six Sigma training preferred
