The role emphasizes adapting treatment strategies to meet evolving needs while collaborating closely with other mental health professionals to ensure the best outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Complete clinical assessments and risk assessments
- Design individualized treatment plans in consultation with team
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions
- Adjust treatment methods as client status evolves
- Document all client interactions and progress
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or a health-related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant mental health experience
- Valuable standing with Ontario regulatory bodies
- Proficient clinical skills in therapy and assessment
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
