The Early Childhood

Educator will work closely with the Director of the Early Learning Program to create a nurturing and enriching atmosphere for children.

Your role will involve developing curriculum and maintaining positive relationships with children and their families. You will supervise, engage, and coordinate educational experiences both indoors and outdoors. Key Responsibilities:

- Align curriculum with organizational goals and AHSOR components
- Build respectful, positive relationships with families and children




- Supervise classroom and outdoor learning activities
- Prepare educational materials and participate in clean up
- Collaborate effectively with team members

Requirements:

- BC Early Childhood Education Certificate required
- Certification in Food Protected preferred
- Experience in outdoor education is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills
- First Aid certificate required
