You'll engage with employers and unions to remove barriers and enhance training alignment with industry demands. Your ability to conduct personalized coaching will ensure participants achieve job readiness and success. Key Responsibilities:

- Strengthen employer partnerships within construction
- Support guest speakers and job fairs




- Meet participants to align interests with employment paths
- Provide ongoing coaching for up to one year post-program
- Integrate employer feedback into training curriculum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or equivalent
- 1-2 years in workforce development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Knowledge of trades sector beneficial
