- Respond to fires, rescues, and medical emergencies
- Conduct equipment inspections and maintenance
- Deliver training and support to Volunteer Firefighters
- Maintain a safe and clean fire station workplace

- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Valid IFSAC/NFPA Firefighter certification
- Clean Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License with Q endorsement
- Standard First Aid with CPR/AED
