Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at its facility in Surrey, British Columbia . This is a fully in office position for a hands-on leader who can keep equipment running safely, reduce downtime and support daily operations. Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team.
Plan preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and operational issues. Schedule repairs and prioritize maintenance requests. Coordinate outside contractors, parts and maintenance supplies.
Maintain accurate service records and maintenance documentation. Five or more years of maintenance experience. Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Must be able to work fully on-site in Surrey, BC.
