Health, located at the Wilson Site, this temporary position seeks an experienced RN focused on patient assessment, family education, and care coordination. The role includes rotation to the Surgical Day Care and participation in discharge planning. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team, utilizing advanced digital systems to ensure safe and efficient patient care. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and provide total care for pediatric patients
- Educate parents and families regarding care plans
- Facilitate comprehensive discharge planning
- Rotate to Surgical Day Care regularly
- Collect specimens and perform phlebotomy

Requirements:

- Active RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current BCLS/CPR certification
- Pediatric experience is essential
- NRP and PALS certifications required
- Proficiency in IV therapy and venipuncture skills
