You will provide outpatient Addiction Medicine services, including managing opioid agonist therapy, assessments, and treatment planning for individuals with substance use disorders. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care, robust discharge planning, and collaboration with other providers. A BC medical license and Addiction Medicine credentials are preferred.
