The City of Brooks is looking for a dedicated Pool Shift Supervisor in the Aquatics Division. Based at the JBS Canada Centre, this full-time position requires oversight of pool operations, custodial tasks, and leadership in lifesaving instruction. Your contribution will help shape quality aquatic programming and ensure participant safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage pool operations and programming effectively
• Lead Lifeguard team with immediate guidance
• Instruct various aquatic safety courses
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in facilities
• Collaborate on the development of aquatic programs
Requirements:
• Completion of High School Diploma necessary
• Experience ranging from six months to four years required
• Certification in National Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor
• Pool Operator Level 1 Certification mandatory
• Previous supervisory experience is an asset
