• Provide support to Pricing and Sales as needed
• Identify and pass qualified leads to appropriate Sales reps

Requirements:
• Prior experience in customer service or inside sales
• Familiarity with trucking and LTL operations
• Knowledge of freight pricing is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to navigate Microsoft Office and learn systems
