Step into a customer-focused role at CMG as an HPC Solutions Support Specialist, primarily addressing technical challenges in HPC environments. Engage with clients to improve performance and reliability of distributed jobs in both Linux and Windows platforms.

This role encompasses technical support for CMG software, working on environments—on-prem, cloud, or hybrid—while resolving critical issues related to job submission and licensing. You will enhance user experiences by creating documentation and guiding customers through complex scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:



• Support customer installations and upgrades of HPC software • Troubleshoot issues with MPI job execution and environment configurations • Create reports and internal knowledge documentation • Manage HPC system performance and availability on both platforms • Assist with licensing configuration and troubleshooting

Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience in technical support • Robust understanding of HPC architecture and networking • Proficiency with job schedulers like Microsoft HPC or SLURM • Experience with general troubleshooting of distributed jobs • Ability to communicate technical information effectively
