Within the Clinical Patient Services (CPS04.2) framework, you will be responsible for caring for acute cardiac patients and ensuring excellent communication within the care team. Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee IV therapy and medication administration tasks • Perform thorough physical assessments to guide care • Implement infection control procedures effectively • Provide health education and resources for patients and families • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on patient care

Requirements: • Graduation from a recognized College or School of Nursing • At least one year of relevant acute care nursing experience • Registration in valuable standing with the CNO is required • Completion of a physical assessment course • Experience with telemetry nursing preferred
