NJWellness is seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to support our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will assist with production, material handling, packaging, and general manufacturing duties while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work setting.

Responsibilities

- Perform general manufacturing and production duties
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished products
- Assist with assembly, packaging, labelling, sorting, and production tasks
- Operate basic manufacturing equipment and machinery as instructed
- Inspect materials and finished products for visible defects or quality concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow production instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Report equipment, safety, or quality concerns to the supervisor
- Perform repetitive tasks and other general manufacturing duties as assigned

Qualifications




- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labour experience is an asset
- Ability to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move materials as required
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on different production duties as required
