A 'games master' is an interactive role that is directly involved in the process of providing a great customer experience. You will require a focused attention with a good sense of humor and judgement in aiding customers through the escape room experience. An ideal candidate will be outgoing and personable, enjoy solving puzzles, and exercising the mind. Also you will need to be willing to act and tell story.





As a Game Master you will also have to be willing to clean and organize.

Hiring Process

Applicants that have completed our escape rooms will be given preference.

After you apply, if you meet our criteria, we will respond with a script for our room intros and invite you to a mini-audition and a conversation with us. If that is successful, we will get you to do one of our escape rooms. It is an asset if you have done escape rooms before, but not mandatory. After that, we will get you to shadow someone on a shift to see if you can see yourself doing this job. If you are still interested, we would hire you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests into our facility
- Explain the rules of the game
- Explain the game’s backstory
- Monitor (Visual/Audio) customer experience
- Provide hints to aid customers through the process
- Maintain a social media presence
- Reset of escape rooms
- Answer occasional phone calls
- Process and record payments
- General clean up responsibilities

Pay: $15.70-$17.00 per hour
