We are seeking a General Labourer to support the production of prefabricated bathrooms in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be assisting with various stages of production, using hand and power tools, handling materials, and completing tasks according to instructions and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Assisting with the assembly and production of prefabricated bathroom units

· Using hand and power tools safely to complete assigned tasks

· Measuring, cutting, fitting, and handling materials as required

· Following work instructions, production procedures, and safety requirements

· Inspecting completed work and identifying any issues or inconsistencies

· Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure work area

· Supporting team members with materials, equipment, and general production tasks

· Learning new tools,



techniques, and production processes as training is provided

Requirements

· Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, general labour, or a similar hands-on environment is an asset

· Comfortable using basic hand and power tools

· Teachable and willing to learn new skills and processes

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

· Ability to follow instructions accurately

· Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team

· Good hand-eye coordination and practical problem-solving skills

· Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift or move materials as required

This role is ideal for someone who is hands on, able to follow instructions carefully, pay close attention to detail, and work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
