Lead the NWT and Nunavut Chamber of Mines as General Manager in Yellowknife. Drive advocacy and operational excellence for the northern mining industry while providing strategic support to the CEO. This key leadership role involves implementing the Strategic Plan and enhancing the Chamber’s impact in the NWT.

The General

Manager supports the CEO while engaging with Indigenous groups, regulatory agencies, and industry partners. You will be integral to promoting environmentally responsible mining initiatives and facilitating meaningful community engagement. Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and deliver on the Strategic Plan for the NWT
- Advise the CEO and support Board activities on NWT issues
- Organize public meetings and consultations for community engagement




- Maintain positive relationships with government and industry stakeholders
- Prepare operational plans and budgets for Board approval Requirements:
- Degree in geosciences, business management, or related fields
- Experience with governance and operational policies
- Knowledge of the northern minerals industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
