Lead cultural integration initiatives as the Culture and Language Integration Manager. Oversee operations and foster Indigenous values within SCFSS while ensuring financial health and compliance. Reporting to the Director of Culture and Caring, this role entails a commitment to the Call to Action.

You will lead the Culture & Language Department in reflecting nłeʔkepmx and syilx teachings throughout the organization. This position requires robust leadership in building culturally relevant programming and integrating traditional knowledge into policies and practices. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Culture & Language Department
Implement the culture integration strategy across programs
Develop culturally grounded initiatives and resources




Collaborate with Elders and communities for informed planning
Ensure cultural teachings are embedded in services Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Indigenous Studies or related field
Five years in cultural programming or community services
Three years in a supervisory or leadership role
Robust knowledge of Indigenous cultural principles
Experience building cooperative partnerships Promote cultural revitalization and community connection through effective leadership in the Culture & Language Integration Manager role.
