Chez Lionel Kanata is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our brigade. You’ll work in a structured, skilled kitchen inspired by modern French cuisine , where quality, consistency and teamwork come first.

WHAT WE OFFER
Starting at $20/hour + tips;
Full-time position, 35–40 hours/week;
Consistent evening hours, typically 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.;

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Take ownership of your station and mise en place;
Prepare, cook and plate dishes to Chez Lionel standards;




Keep up with the pace during busy services;
Maintain a clean, organized and efficient station;
Work closely with the brigade to deliver consistent quality.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR
At least 1 year of professional kitchen experience;
Fast, organized and reliable;
Comfortable working in a high-volume kitchen;
Robust team player with a positive attitude;
Available for evening shifts Monday through Sunday.
