Temporary: Immediately – June 30, 2027

Qualifications:
BC Certification
Bachelor of Education in Elementary
Previous successful experience teaching at the intermediate level is preferred
Demonstrated current knowledge of the renewed curriculum, including the learning outcomes and appropriate resources, is essential
Demonstrated ability to use a variety of instructional and assessment strategies is essential
Demonstrated ability to integrate appropriate technologies into educational programs
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teachers in similar grades
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting
Excellent communication, interpersonal and classroom management skills

The annual salary for this position ranges from $64,012 to $118,237, with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.
