Harrison Carter Group is a growing property management company serving London, St. Thomas, and surrounding areas. We are looking for a motivated Leasing Agent to join our team on a part-time basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is looking for a flexible position with performance-based income.

As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for helping vacant rental properties get leased by connecting qualified tenants with available homes.

What You'll Do
Post rental listings on online advertising platforms
Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants in a timely manner
Communicate with leads by phone, text, and email
Schedule and conduct property showings
Answer questions about available rentals
Guide applicants through our rental application process
Provide feedback and updates to the management team
Help ensure vacant units are rented efficiently

What We're Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, skilled, and organized
Comfortable working independently
Ability to manage your own schedule and follow up with leads promptly
Access to a reliable vehicle
Smartphone with data and calling capabilities
Basic computer skills

Experience in real estate, leasing, sales,



or customer service is an asset but not required. We will provide training, systems, and support to help you succeed.

Compensation

Performance-based compensation.

Expected earnings typically range from $2,500 to $5,000+ per month depending on availability, effort, and leasing activity.
